All fees are determined by the procedures rendered by the provider with the standard fee, reflecting the
current medical marketplace. We accept private/commercial health insurance, medicare, medicaid, Allkids and
self paying clients. For those with limited financial resources we offer a discount program that is based upon the federal poverty level (FPL) and famiiliy size. Those individuals determined to be below 200% of the FPL are eligible for the Discount Program. We believe that no individual is turned away for inability to pay for services. |
