What foods should I avoid to lose weight?
There are four main carbohydrate groups: rice, bread, noodles and potatos. These can be white or wholegrain. White
carbs are responsible for weight gain, elevated blood glucose and eventually diabetes. Thus I advise everyone,
regardless of weight, switch to 100% wholegrain rice, bread and noodles. Instead of potatos, eat sweet potatos which
tastes better and is better for you. If you eat 100% wholegrain carbs instead of plain white ones for these four foods,
you will lose weight.
