How do I make thanksgiving dinner healthy?
The first advice I would give is to enjoy a wonderful thanksgiving meal with your family. Even if you end up eating
a little more than you should, thanksgiving is a time when we give thanks for everything we have, especially family.
Having said that, I would recommend two changes to the traditional thanksgiving turkey:
(1) Instead of potatos, use sweet potatos
(2) Use whole grain bread for stuffing, not white bread
