How much should I exercise?

Studies clearly show that the more exercise you do, the better for your health. An hour a day is fantastic. Realistically, this will be difficult due to time constraints so I recommend around 3 times per week 30 minutes at a time. A recent study showed that alternating between aerobic (e.g. cardio, jogging, biking) and resistance (e.g. weight training, resistance bands) is the best. For people that have knee arthritis, I recommend the elliptical.
